Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Sweet T Flowers. We appreciate your patronage. When you make a purchase from Sweet T Flowers, you are agreeing to the following:
All sales are final.
Since flowers are a fragile, perishable item, we only accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- All issues much be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If you get our voice mail when you call, please leave a message, including a phone number and convenient time to reach you.
- Sweet T Flowers only accepts returns because of a quality issue. All returns are at Sweet T’s discretion. Items cannot be returned because of personal preferences, such as “not liking” the arrangement.
- We do not issue refunds. However, we may choose to issue an in-store credit solely at our discretion.
- Because flowers are perishable, recipients must care for them properly to ensure they stay looking fresh for an appropriate time. Recipient’s must re-cut stems and replace water in the arrangement.
- As some flowers are seasonal (and not always in stock), Sweet T Flowers reserve the right to substitute with a flower with a similar “look and feel” without consultation. We do our best to make arrangements as close to those featured on our website. If you require a specific flower or plant, please call to check for availability.
- If a purchaser fails to leave a customized message for the card when ordering, we will put the name of the purchaser on the card.
- Delivery is scheduled for some time on the day requested. If you require a specific delivery time, please call or shop to make special arrangements.
- The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the recipient will be at the location designated for delivery. If the recipient is out of town or otherwise not available, Sweet T Flowers is not obligated to adjust the delivery. Nor can we refund or exchange the order. We have fulfilled our obligation in delivering the order. We cannot call ahead to assure the recipient is available as to not spoil the surprise.
